Hatha Yoga

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow combines the structure of traditional Hatha with a slightly more fluid and dynamic pace. Here, basic postures are linked in a harmonious way, with special attention to breathing and alignment. This style is ideal for practitioners who want a balance between the energy of Vinyasa and the tranquility of classic Hatha.


Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, translating to "flow," is a more athletic yoga style. It focuses on the coordination of breath and movement where each posture is linked to the next in a fluid sequence. This style is diverse and varies widely depending on the instructor; however, expect to move and sweat in these sessions.


Ashtanga Yoga

Yin Yoga

This style promotes deep relaxation and is excellent for calming the mind.

 

Yoga Nidra 

Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a form of guided meditation that invites deep relaxation. During a Yoga Nidra session, the body remains still while the mind is guided through various stages of relaxation. This practice is particularly beneficial for reducing stress, improving sleep quality, and enhancing mental well-being.
